Course for Women – From hour: 10:00-16:00.

It exceeded what are most important for women to know to be able to maintain good health, well-being and normal development include: diet, children with diagnosis, allergies and intolerance, previous and later change, additives, toxins and pollutants in the environment and food, hypothyroidism type II, obesity, depression, fibromyalgia, Icelandic super food and wisdom, effectiveness and responsibility of women.

Included in the course is lunch and coffee, tasting of Icelandic superfood, film viewing and discussion.
